Research‑Use‑Only Products

All products are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). They are not intended for:

  • Human consumption
  • Diagnostic use
  • Therapeutic use
  • Veterinary or agricultural use

Any misuse voids all warranties and protections.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are processed securely through approved payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Prices and availability may change without notice.

Sales Tax

Syntherion Labs LLC collects applicable sales tax on orders shipped to jurisdictions where the Company has a legal obligation to do so. As a Texas‑based entity, Syntherion Labs collects Texas sales tax on all taxable orders shipped to addresses within the State of Texas. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address and the applicable state and local tax rates. Sales tax collected is remitted to the Texas Comptroller in accordance with state law. Research Use Only (RUO) classification does not exempt products from state sales tax requirements.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Syntherion Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside the Company’s control. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Syntherion Labs is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Improper handling or storage
  • Research outcomes or experimental results

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this site are the property of Syntherion Labs.

Returns & Refunds

Orders for Research Use Only (RUO) products are final and non‑returnable due to the specialized and sensitive nature of laboratory materials. Syntherion Labs LLC does not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been processed. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation for evaluation. Replacement or refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of Syntherion Labs LLC.

Warranty Disclaimer

Syntherion Labs LLC provides all products “as‑is” without any express or implied warranties. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, performance, or non‑infringement. Syntherion Labs LLC does not guarantee experimental outcomes, research results, or suitability of products for any specific application. Customers are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of products for their intended research use.

Compliance & RUO

Syntherion Labs LLC supplies products designated exclusively for Research Use Only (RUO). These materials are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical or diagnostic procedures, therapeutic applications, or any use regulated by the FDA, USDA, or other governmental authorities. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, institutional, and laboratory regulations governing the purchase, handling, storage, and use of RUO materials. By purchasing Syntherion Labs products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to use them solely in accordance with all applicable laws and accepted laboratory practices.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the purchase, handling, or use of Syntherion Labs LLC products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Texas. By purchasing from Syntherion Labs LLC, the customer consents to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
